As our program continues to grow and be successful, we create our Burlington Township Track Club Parent Association. This association has been approved by our commissioner and is open to all track parents, however only township residents are allowed to attend and speak at the Town Council, School Board meetings and Sports Club meetings. The track head coach will not be part of the association, as they will only attend meetings to provide insight as needed. As an association we should have representatives attending the following monthly meetings: Sports Club, School Board, and the Township Council. These representatives will gather questions and will provide the responses obtained from these meetings. Below you have information about each of the aforementioned programs.

Maintains all the parks and recreation sites throughout the township.
Responsible for the organization, administration, and operation of our recreational activities.
Handles all sports registration and the fees
Order uniforms and equipment for all township sports
Fee from the registration go to the Township’s General Fund not to the programs. To understand what these funds are used for please attend one of the township council meeting for details.

Sports Club was established in April 2013 and its mission is to:
Provide supplemental funding for athletic programs within Burlington Township
Provide scholarships to graduation high school seniors who have participated in Burlington Township athletic programs
Make distributions to support various other not of profit organizations operating within Burlington Township
For our home meets all funds from the concession stand are turned over to Sports Club. In the past these funds were used to host our End of the Season events. The association representative should attend these meeting to provide the track balance and to enter a request on behalf of the association for program needs.
Their mission statement is to develop the intellectual, creative, and social potential of each child through an active partnership with all members of the community. All Track request for gym space, track usage and to host home track meets are requested by the recreation department to the school board. In the event that a requested item was not received it should be addresses with the track head coach. They will inform the track commissioner and recreation director and they will address it with the school board. The association representative should attend these meeting to provide feedback to the association.
